Three 22-year-old men returned to Bloomington on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to find their apartment at 300 E. 15th St. had been broken into and multiple TVs and laptops were missing.
The roommates left Bloomington on Nov. 16 and returned Nov. 24 to find one of their apartment windows had been forced open, however Bloomington Police Department said there was no damage to the window.
The missing items reported totaled around $500, Sgt. Robert Skelton said. One of the stolen laptops was broken, being valued at only $1.
The three men told officers they didn’t have any idea of who could’ve done it, and Skelton said the case is still active.
