A 49-year-old woman told police a man flashed her from his car Friday in the T.J. Maxx parking lot.
Bloomington Police Department Sgt. George Connolly said the woman told officers she was getting into her car when a man pulled up next to her and began masturbating.
Police declined to give a description of the suspect or his car.
