A Bob Ross paint-a-long event will take place at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Ballantine 006.
The event is presented by the Law, Policy & Humanities Honors Council and is targeted to help students de-stress through painting before finals.
Attendees will paint along to an episode of Ross’s classic instructional painting television show, “The Joy of Painting.” The show, which aired for 11 years on PBS, turned Ross into a household name. He was known for his iconic afro, gentle tone of voice and passion for painting “happy little trees” into his landscapes and nature scenes.
All painting supplies, as well as Chick-fil-A and cookies, will be provided to Wednesday’s participants.
