The Bloomington Police Department received a report of racist graffiti at 11:46 a.m. Sunday at Bryan Park.
BPD Lt. John Kovach said officers found the phrase “I hate niggers” spray-painted on the sidewalk at the park.
Kovach said the graffiti appeared somewhat old, as it was beginning to wash away. He said BPD doesn’t have any suspects.
