IU Police Department received four different reports of vandalism over the past month to automobiles parked on Lingelbach Lane, according to a public safety advisory sent out Thursday.
All the reports involved damage to the rear windows of the vehicles. The damage usually included a small hole pierced through the glass, according to the safety advisory.
IUPD Capt. Craig Munroe said there were also broken windows on some of the vehicles.
Nothing has been reported stolen from the vehicles, according to the safety advisory.
Munroe said the advisory was sent out because of the frequency of vandalism in a short time frame.
There is no known suspect at this time, according to the safety advisory.
