A cappella group Straight No Chaser will be performing a Facebook live event presented by the IU Auditorium at 8 p.m. EST on May 28. The event will feature several of the group’s members, Randy Stine, Steve Morgan, Tyler Trepp and Seggie Isho speaking with fans about the group’s formation, their careers and answering questions.
The group formed at IU in 1996, and has released seven albums since then. Their last album, "One Shot", was mostly recorded in Bloomington.
The IU Auditorium has done several Facebook events since the beginning of quarantine, including a Q&A with Brian Eads, IU doctoral candidate and musical director for the touring production of Les Miserables and Q&A with IU alumna and actor Kaitlyn Mayse.
