Indiana’s mask order has been extended to Sept. 25, Gov. Eric Holcomb announced Wednesday.
The state-wide mandate went into effect July 27 and was set to expire Wednesday before the extension. Indiana will also remain in Stage 4.5 of the reopening plan, Holcomb said.
Stage 4.5 means restaurants will still be expected to operate at 75% capacity and bars at 50%, while observing social distancing. Movie theaters, bowling alleys and facilities similar to that are still expected to operate at 50% capacity.
