More than 4,500 Bloomington residents between West 17th Street and West Arlington Road were out of power Sunday, according to the Duke Energy Outage map.
As of 1:00 p.m., the outage was fixed and power was restored, according to the map.
According to the map, the outage was reported at 9:25 a.m. and had no cause listed.
