IU men’s basketball forward Trayce Jackson-Davis was named first team All-Big Ten in the conference’s media poll Tuesday. Kofi Cockburn, Ayo Dosunmu, Luke Garza and Hunter Dickinson were all also named to the first team.
Jackson-Davis was named third team All-American by The Sporting News and second team All-Big Ten by Big Ten coaches. He is the 46th Hoosier to be named an All-American.
The IU sophomore averaged 19 points and nine rebounds per game during the 2020-21 regular season.
As a freshman last season, Jackson-Davis was named third team All-Big Ten by the coaches and media and an All-Big Ten Freshman. He won Indiana Mr. Basketball in 2019, an award given to the best high school basketball player in the state.
