Applications for open rooms in remaining residence halls and apartment buildings close at 5 p.m. April 30, according to the Residential Programs and Services website. Current students can still apply for open slots in select residence halls both on and off campus as well as furnished and unfurnished apartments.
The available residence hall options for students are the newly built North Residence Hall and Willkie Residence Hall, according to the RPS website. Additionally, on-campus, unfurnished apartments in the northeast neighborhood, southeast neighborhood and Union Street Center apartments are still accepting applications.
The northeast neighborhood apartments include Banta and Nutt, Campus View, Evermann, Redbud Hill and Tulip Tree. The southeast neighborhood apartment options include 3rd and Union, Mason Hall and University East. Students can also apply for open slots in the off-campus apartment building, the Avenue.
Students should be aware of certain RPS requirements when applying. Double rooms will not be available for single occupants.
Students can only apply for mixed gender two bedroom apartments at Union Street Center and the Avenue.
If an applicant changes their mind about living in the apartments they applied to, they have 48 hours after submission to cancel without financial penalty.
