Lunar New Year celebration to include fashion show, music, food

The Lunar New Year celebration will take place at 9 p.m. Friday. The celebration will be held at the Indiana Memorial Union Frangipani Room and is free for all students. 

There will be free food, performances, music and a fashion show during the event. 

IU Late Nite, the Asian American Association at IU and the Student Involvement and Leadership Center organized the event.

Students can attend all Late Nite events every Friday at the IMU for free, according to the IMU website. IU Late Nite offers a variety of activities each week, from karaoke to game nights.
