An IU student reported that they had been sexually assaulted by another student at around 2:30 a.m. on Friday at a fraternity on North Eagleson Avenue, according to an email from IU Police Department Deputy Chief Shannon Bunger.
According to the email, the victim does not want IUPD to pursue criminal charges at this time.
