The City of Bloomington Utilities shut off water service for 10 addresses on South Browning Place and issued a precautionary boil water advisory until 10 a.m. Monday, May 23, according to a press release. The city sent crews to repair a broken water main on South Browning Place May 21.
Those affected should run cold water until clear water flows from the faucet. Residents should boil all water used for drinking, cooking and oral hygiene for at least five minutes before use.
