The Indiana Daily Student will host the fall 2022 Housing Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 19 in Alumni Hall, located in the Indiana Memorial Union. This event will give students the chance to find off-campus housing for the 2023-24 school year. Students can also enter to win gift cards or other prizes from local Bloomington businesses.
There will be approximately 30 local housing groups that offer various pricing and locations throughout Bloomington. Representatives from each property will be present and able to answer any questions students may have.
“I thought the Housing Fair was a lot of fun!” Janet Roll, a freshman who attended the Spring 2019 Housing Fair said. “It was a great way to learn about all the housing options. It’s especially great for freshman who are unfamiliar with off-campus housing.”
Prizes are from local sponsors that range from gift cards to popular Bloomington restaurants to live performance tickets.
Proceeds from the Housing Fair will help support the Indiana Daily Student, an independent news organization that trains students in the fields of news reporting, photography, editing, advertising and more.
