Stanford University transfer freshman guard Kanaan Carlyle scheduled an official visit with Indiana men’s basketball for April 19-21, On3’s Joe Tipton reported on X on Wednesday. Carlyle ranks third in On3’s transfer portal rankings and has three years of eligibility remaining.

The former 4-star recruit from Atlanta, Georgia, averaged 11.5 points and 2.7 assists per game in 23 games for the Cardinal this season. He shot 38.6% from the field and 32% from 3-point range.

Carlyle, who stands 6-foot-3, was named an All-Pac-12 Freshman Team honorable mention following the season. A 28-point, eight-rebound performance against the University of Arizona on Dec. 31 earned him an Associated Press National Player of the Week honor Jan. 2.

Indiana is currently Carlyle’s sole official visit reported. His visit will line up with Little 500 weekend.
