Former Indiana women’s basketball guard Grace Berger was selected for the 2024 USA Basketball 3x3 Women’s National Team development camp Nov. 8-10 in Phoenix, according to a USA Basketball release Monday.
Berger, now a member of the WNBA’s Indiana Fever, is one of 13 athletes that were selected. The USA Basketball Women’s 3x3 National Team Committee chose the 13 players, who will be considered for future USA 3x3 national team assignments.
Berger previously won gold on the 2021 FIBA Women’s AmeriCup Team. She played just 11 games for the Fever in the 2024 season, averaging 2.8 points and 1.4 rebounds per game.
At Indiana basketball’s institutional media day Sept. 18, Indiana head coach Teri Moren explained she’d like to see Berger play more. Over her first two seasons in Indianapolis, she averaged just 13.3 minutes per game over 47 games
