Both Indiana basketball programs will wear ‘Honoring Black Excellence’ uniforms in upcoming games, according to an Indiana Athletics X post Thursday.

The women’s team will don the new uniforms at 6 p.m. Thursday against Rutgers inside Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. The game will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network. The men’s team will sport them against UCLA at 8 p.m. Feb. 14 with the game being nationally televised on Fox.

The women’s squad enters their matchup Thursday at 14-7 overall and 6-4 in conference play. The Hoosiers are on a two-game winning streak after previously dropping three consecutive games.

The men’s squad, however, enters on a four-game losing streak after falling to Wisconsin on Tuesday. Before taking on UCLA, the Hoosiers host No. 24 Michigan on Saturday and travel to No. 9 Michigan State on Feb. 11.
