A rape was reported to the Bloomington Police Department on Saturday.
The rape, according to BPD Captain Ryan Pedigo, was reported by a 22-year-old woman on East Smith Avenue, just southwest of campus. The investigation is active, Pedigo said.
Last week, two sexual assaults on Third Street and one rape were reported in Bloomington as well. BPD told the Indiana Daily Student that it was investigating the two sexual assaults as related.
