The Park On Morton, currently a “luxury off-campus" apartment complex, sold its buildings to a New York company, according to documents from the Monroe County Assessor's Office.
The buildings, located at 310 W. 12th St. and at 702 N. Morton St., along with a few adjacent parcels, were sold for $71 million against a $72.8 million appraisal.
2025 Student LL, LLC, the New York-headquartered buyer with its legal address located in Delaware, now also owns the north half of the park on North Morton Street next door and a few other additional plots adjacent.
According to Delaware state documents and Bloomberg, 2025 Student LL, LLC was formed in late October last year.
Monroe County Assessor Judith Sharp approved the sale Friday.
Neither company was immediately available for comment. A phone operator at the buyer’s listed headquarter address told the IDS they did not recognize the company.
