PRESS RELEASE: Independence Academy to Host Annual Gala: An Evening for Autism

Proceeds will go towards the school, specifically new vans for student internships and field trips

INDIANAPOLIS - Independence Academy will host their annual gala, An Evening for Autism, on April 26, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel, to raise awareness and funds for the school serving students on the autism spectrum. A large portion of the funds raised will go toward purchasing new vans for the school to ensure students have greater access to field trips and internships. The gala will be one to remember with the theme “Old Hollywood Glamour”, and guests are encouraged to dress the part. 

The gala will be emceed by WTHR’s Sean Ash & Emily Longnecker, and will include keynote speakers, video presentations featuring the students and staff, and a silent auction event where attendees can bid on a great selection of items from Jason Aldean VIP Concert Tickets to a Luxury Signature Facial and Spa Gift Package.
