A 21-year-old woman told the Bloomington Police Department that an unknown man grabbed her, kissed her on the mouth and fondled her April 18 at Kilroy’s Sports Bar.
The incident occurred between 1:15 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on the dance floor, according to BPD Captain Ryan Pedigo.
Pedigo relayed the woman’s report to the IDS in an email. He wrote that the unknown man “grabbed her face and kissed her, and then put his hands between her legs and began rubbing her on the outside of her pants.”
BPD is still investigating and reviewing video footage from inside the bar to identify the man.
Kilroy’s Sports Bar did not immediately respond to a request for further information.
