Bill Lynch never went Greek, but he experienced sororities and fraternities throughout the spring when he visited the Greek houses around campus with a few of his players.
Lynch joked about his experience at the Big Ten Media days.
"The sororities were a lot better than the fraternities," Lynch said. "And there's a lot of truth to that. Shoot, they paid attention and listened. The fraternity guys wouldn't even look up from eating."
"We're around our football players so much, and you get locked into the 105 guys that you have and what they think," he said. "You forget on a campus with 38,000 students there's a lot of kids out there that are looking for other things. It was fun, and hopefully it's going to pay off with more students coming to our game this fall"
