Neighborhood 2: Seventh Street Cultural District
It’s commonly recognized as the functional heart of campus because students are always passing by Showalter Fountain and the Arboretum on their way to class. Some changes: The plan is to enhance the area to make it even more pedestrian friendly and create more open spaces for students to gather.
