More than 20 Monroe County businesses faced critical violations between Aug. 1 and Sept. 28 according to the Monroe County Health Department’s interactive map. Fuentes-Rohwer, a law professor at Indiana University, focused on the rights of U.S. citizens from U.S. territories.
