The days since Knight: an IU basketball timeline

On Sept. 10, 2000, legendary IU coach Bob Knight was fired. In the decade since, the IU basketball program has seen four coaches, one national championship game and sanctions that wiped the program clean. The IU men’s basketball team used an overpowering roster to score 54 points in the paint Wednesday in an 89-37 victory against the Division III Grizzlies at Assembly Hall.

NCAA reviewing Michel’s status

IU Athletics released a statement from men’s basketball coach Tom Crean saying the NCAA is reviewing the status of junior college transfer center Guy-Marc Michel prior to today’s game with Franklin College.
