Summer orientation is the largest of four New Student Orientation programs for students and their parents, according to the Office of First Year Experience’s website. It is attended by most students who enter IU in the fall. It is a two-day experience designed to help incoming freshmen navigate campus and learn what resources are available to them.
Summer orientation takes place in June and July during the six weeks FYE offers.
